Jade Spring Nourishing Formula is available in a 60, 120 tablet form as well as 1 oz.

10-20 drops, 2-3 times daily. Shake well before use.

Rehmannia glutinosa radix
Pueraria lobata radix
Trichosanthes  kirilowii radix
Panax quinquefolius radix
Glycyrrhiza uralensis
Schisandra chinensis fructus

Water 55% to 65%
Alcohol 18% to 22%
(by volume)

To evaporate alcohol, place drops in hot water.

Keep out of sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
