International customers pay actual shipping & handling charges to your location from either our New York, Montreal, or Asia Distribution Centers. You will be quoted the best rate prior to shipment of any products.

Spectrum Supplements, Inc. ships all "In-stock" orders within 24-48 hours. We do not guarantee that all products offered are readily available in stock and therefore there may be a delay when ordering any non-stocking items. We will confirm if any items are not in stock at the time of your order.

Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund you for product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place. The cost of shipping is not included in refunds. Also, if we paid the shipping cost for your original order, a $10.00 S&H fee will be deducted from your credit.
Product returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Product cannot be returned after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Probiotics requiring refrigeration may not be returned at any time.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as originally purchased or a credit may be posted on account with us toward your next purchase.
